Buying an £8,000 bike off them and 2 weeks later there being something wrong with it which they refuse to take responsibility for and then blaming the customer for it? Not my type of a trustworthy company to be honest! Lovely customer service when you walk in but what do you expect for salesmen. Buying then a sprocket for the bike, recommended by the salesman there, and it does not fit the bike. No way will we have anything to do with them again.
