- Spork Noggin Review added: 2018.05.20★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆This place is really hit and miss, depending on which staff are on and how interested they are. Sometimes it is spot on, other times it is diabolical. I have never known a place with such inconsistent batter. The staff are friendly, but it is a bit overpriced compared to other chip shops in the area.
